  • Founder

    In 2019, I founded Purpose&Talent® which offers tailor-made HR services to companies and consulting for professionals who want to position themselves in the job market. In 2023, together with two investors and an HRTech company, I founded Purpose Key, an innovative startup that offers digital solutions for measuring and aligning organizational and personal Purpose.

    Today we are a Group of people who believe in the power of Purpose and Talent.

    I worked abroad, and when I returned to Milan, right during my MBA in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi, I discovered the phenomenon of organizational Purpose and its applications.

    Today I'm a Board member of EMBAWomen. In recent years I've collaborated with the American-Italian Cancer Foundation and as Special Adviser to the United Nations Women Association.

    Ho lavorato all’estero, e tornata a Milano, proprio durante l’ MBA in Business Administration in SDA Bocconi, ho scoperto il  fenomeno del Purpose organizzativo e le sue applicazioni.

Our Method •

Our method is based on organizational Purpose theories, which enable motivation, retention and talent attraction within a sustainable strategy. Until recently, the declared objective of organizations was to generate profit. Today, however, companies are also called upon to recognize the importance of returning value to their stakeholders, increasing awareness about the impact they have on society.

The tools we use, largely proprietary, some analog and some digital, are the result of work aimed at developing enabling consulting - that is, returning decision-making power and concrete tools to clients to implement solutions best suited to their needs.
